Latest: Paul completed a tandem freefall skydive from 12,000ft on Friday 13th October to raise funds for the 50th Anniversary of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award. We jumped with the team at the North London Parachute Centre. Thanks Guys - it was awesome! (Oct 06)

We will shortly be SFEDI qualified Business Mentors and will be working with the Business Creation Partnership to mentor new entreprenuers through this project (Oct 06).

We're continuing to work with sister company The Pathways Group to provide a Team Leader Development Programme for leading performance enhancement and motivation company BI Worldwide, and have been asked to deliver further training on internal Mentoring in the New Year (Oct 06).

We are currently delivering sessions and Action Learning Sets for a Leadership Development Programme for Senior Management at Northampton General Hospital. The programme, aimed at the 'Top 40' in the organisation, includes MBTI profiling, 360 feedback, taught sessions and a residential development weekend (Oct 06).

From January 2007 we will be delivering Management Development Programmes for new clients in association with Sunley Management Centre and the Business School of Northampton University (August 06).

Two of our e-learning modules for the NHS Knowledge and Skills Framework, developed with leading e-learning provider MarshallACM, will launch in September. The modules, covering KSF Overview and Communication Skills, will be followed by modules for other Core Dimensions, the first e-learning material designed specifically for KSF (August 06).

We have been appointed the preferred supplier to continue the Appraisal and Development Review training programme at Northampton General Hospital. The programme, for both managers and staff, covers a new review process and competence framework for 4000 staff, part of a NHS modernisation project for some 1.2 million employees across the UK. Analysis of recent feedback showed 92% of staff had met their objectives for attending completely or to a great extent. (June 06)

We have formed an associate partnership with Fairplace to deliver their Talent Management and Leadership Development Programmes for top employers in the city of London and across the UK. (June 06)

We have been accredited to deliver a unique programme on ‘Positive Organisational Politics’, one of only 40 trainers in the UK accredited to do so.
